Comprehensive
Four scheduled visits a year, one each season. Each visit is an inspection and a treatment: interior where needed, full exterior perimeter, de-webbing, and rodent station service. If a covered pest shows up between visits, we come back at no extra charge.

Standard

Single Session

Covered insects: ants, spiders, cockroaches, flies, wasps and hornets, bees, beetles, grasshoppers, ticks. Pests not listed, such as termites, bed bugs, and wildlife, are quoted per job. See the pest library for how each one is handled.

Inspection First, Every Time
Every visit starts with a walk of the property. Your technician checks the foundation, eaves, entry points, garage, and any interior areas you have concerns about, then treats based on what was found rather than spraying the same thing everywhere.
- Exterior perimeter treatment along the foundation, around doors and windows, and at utility penetrations
- De-webbing of eaves, soffits, porch ceilings, and light fixtures
- Interior treatment where activity was found or reported: kitchens, baths, basements, garages
- Rodent station check on Comprehensive visits
- A written summary of what was found, what was treated, and anything you should fix
Residential Plan Questions
No. None of our plans require a contract, and there is no fee to cancel. You can also switch plans at any time. We would rather earn the next visit than sign you into it.
Not for exterior service. If you have reported an interior problem, or it is your first visit, we will schedule a time when someone can let the technician in.
On the Comprehensive plan, call and we come back at no charge for any covered pest. The Standard plan includes service calls during the spring and summer seasons it covers. Single Session treatments include one scheduled follow-up.
Products are applied where pests travel and people do not: along the foundation, in cracks and voids, in bait stations. Your technician will tell you if any area needs to dry before it is used, usually a matter of minutes.
By the size of the home and property, the plan you choose, and for Single Session work, the pest and extent of the problem. Quotes are free and given in writing before any service.
Termites, bed bugs, and wildlife are quoted per job because the work is different for every property. Rodent control is included in Comprehensive and quoted separately for Standard. Anything not on the covered list is an additional charge, which we tell you before we treat it.
